Appointment Setters & Closers
What You’ll Do:
Visit homeowners who have already requested information.
Verify basic qualifications: homeownership, roof condition, and credit readiness.
Collect an electric bill and set an appointment
Present information and savings summary
Review custom energy savings analysis and financing options (PPA, loan, or cash), overcome objections, and finalize agreements
What We’re Looking For
Positive, professional attitude
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to work a five-day schedule (Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
All individuals hired will be required to obtain a sales license through the Illinois Shines Program (training and guidance provided)
Sales experience is required
